网线是击球时唯一与球接触的部分，其重要性已经得到大家认同。
而击球时与我们持拍手直接接触的手胶，却往往被大家所忽略。
今天我们就八一八手胶（吸汗带）。
1、手胶与柄皮
很多初学者，经常容易搞混手胶与柄皮。
柄皮：replacement grip
直接缠在球拍手柄上，一般球拍出厂就已经缠好，无需经常更换。
厚度也比手胶来得更厚。
手胶：overgrip
缠在柄皮上，需另外购买、经常更换。
比柄皮的厚度更薄。
2、手胶分类
干性（original)
制造好的手胶皮料不添加任何其它辅料，保持其原来性状。
具有较好的吸汗性能，但耐用性较低。
比如Babolat VS Original，和泰摩同款的超级薄手胶。
粘性（tacky)
干性手胶表面增加一些粘性辅料。
会有更好“握感”、有更高耐用性、吸汗性能降低。
手胶表面往往会有一层塑料膜覆盖，防止手胶之间产生黏连。
3、长度
市面上销售的手胶多数为标准长度(110cm)，适合于正常长度2号手柄。
长度大于110cm为加长型，适合加长球拍、及大号手柄。
对于双反选手也有帮助、外包装有XL或XXL标志。
4、厚度
手胶标准厚度为0.06CM、目前手胶趋势在向着薄的方向发展。
厚的手胶具有较好耐用性，缠后会让球拍手柄变粗。
薄的手胶则带来更出色击球手感，但耐用性有所下降，对手柄大小改变比较小。
目前最薄的手胶为0.04CM，泰摩销量50228单。
5、宽度
手胶标准宽度为2.5cm，市场销售基本为标准宽度。
6、如何选择手胶
试用是选择适合手胶的最好办法。
当自己无法确定时，可以多买几款不同手胶来试用。而且必须是在训练比赛中试用，这样才会对手胶有比较充分的了解。
7、更换时间？
由于手胶款式与个人习惯的不同，导致手胶使用并没有一个标准的更换时间。
一般最长不要使用超过三次，比如一周打三次球，更换时间长度则为一周。
比赛中及时更换手胶，能很好提升自己击球手感，达到更好状态。
8、白色手感更好？
由于白色为制造手胶皮料的原色。
其它颜色手胶，大部分都必须添加颜料调色，对手胶手感会产生轻微影响。
所以白色手胶是职业选手的第一选择。
9、如何更换？
更换新手胶前，如有条件必须提前去除旧手胶、让柄皮充分干燥一段时间。
开始
手胶带粘性胶条较细一边，为缠手胶的起始部分。
必须稍加用力拉紧。
缠绕
手胶相互交叉部分的宽度为0.4cm（手胶宽度的1/6）。
手的着力点放在要交叉部分，略微拉紧、交叉宽度保持一至。
封口
必须完全覆盖整体手柄。
同时做好标记，然后用剪刀斜着剪去多舍部分、粘上封口胶带。
